Select and upload the following data files from your desktop, or mail a copy or drop them off at our office.

For Accounting Services (for Start-Up Businesses):

  • A copy of any start-up paperwork if you have already filed it, such as Federal Tax ID#, city and state business licenses, agreements between owners, Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Organization, or Articles of Operation.

For Accounting Services (for Established Businesses):

  • A copy of your start-up paperwork, such as Federal Tax ID#, city and state business licenses, agreements between owners, Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Organization, or Articles of Operation.
  • Copies of your income taxes for the last 3 years
  • A current-year general ledger detail (or for Quickbooks users, a backup of your data file).

For Payroll Services:

  • Printouts of last year’s W-2 forms
  • Employee withholding forms
  • Any current year paperwork for wages already paid

For Tax Preparation Services:

  • Copies of your income taxes for the last 3 years and all pertinent documentation for the tax return you would like us to prepare.
